The torque specs for the K-Braces is in the Service Manual Supplement for the LT5. It's on page 6A2A-18 , the second "tighten" heading. The front crossmember bolts 59 lb. ft. and the side member bolts 46 lb. ft.

Thanks IowaZr-1, I found it with your reference. They don't call it a K-brace in GM terminology it's a front or rear crossmember brace. I even looked through that section and didn't spot it!
