Updated Radio for the Z Today.
So I updated the Radio in the Z today with a multi function radio NAV blue tooth the works :-) Im happy with it. While I was in there I also installed a new Shift knob and leather boot

The car already had aftermarket speakers and amp. Going to upgrade those as well.

Looks great. Kinda makes me regret not going with a double DIN face.
I'm finishing up my installation. I have a Kenwood HU and I used a Metra adapter to keep the Bose speakers. I'm pretty happy with the sound. Even with the smaller HU I still had to remove some plastic to gain depth. Having challenges with lower shin panels and storing way-too-long wires (I guess some Vettes have stereo components in the back of the car). I shortened the simpler wires but didn't want to butcher the bigger ones. |
