I usually do the light to med stuff myself, but I haven't been around much since moving here in June and really don't want to try to tackle things without a lift and a second set of hands (preferably someone who has done it before). Even simple flush and fills need a second set of hands or feet in most cases, and I'm sure that there are a few tricks that will make things easier.
The right answer for me is probably to wait until I get to DC and join up with the gang out there. I noticed that they do seem to get together fairly regularly for group maintenance - which is perfect for someone like me who wants to learn and help. Thanks again for all the info and advice! Great... thanks for all the info and help. I've got duty this weekend, so I'm hoping to have a couple of hours to really think about what I want to have done now, and what I can wait to have done later. Hoping to get a chance to meet a few people before I move, but our deployment schedule may not give me a good chance to do that.
Cheers, Scott |
